Before you apply

PDM uses a communication review based on HOURENSO principles.

HOURENSO is a Japanese work approach built around reporting, communication, and consultation. It helps remote teams avoid silence, confusion, and last-minute surprises.

As part of this application, you will answer several communication questions in English. If your application is selected for review, you may also be asked to complete a short HOURENSO orientation before becoming visible to clients.

The process is designed to support strong communication and smooth cross-border collaboration.
